As a courtesy, we ask that you please remember to let us know as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to rebook it for you.
In order to take care of all clients we ask that you please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are running late please notify us via phone or email. You will have a 15 minute grace period. Clients arriving 5 minutes after their scheduled appointment will be charged a late fee of $10. After your grace period ends you will need to reschedule your appointment!
Either party may cancel this Agreement prior to the appointment upon notice to the other party. In the event Client cancels this Agreement or their scheduled Procedure appointment without giving the required 24 hour notice may result in a cancellation or rebooking fee up to $15 at Glow Boulevard's discretion.
No call no show appointments will no longer be able to book.
Glow Boulevard will do their best at all times to maintain all scheduled appointments, circumstances may require Glow Boulevard to postpone or cancel Client's appointment. In such event, we will make all reasonable efforts to contact Client in advance of their appointment time. Glow Boulevard is willing to provide compensation, at our discretion.
All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are paid for each service and are deducted from the total cost of that service. The remaining balance of your service is paid at the end of your appointment.
Forms of payment include debit cards, all major credit cards and cash. If you are paying in cash please have the correct amount as change will not be available.
During this time no additional guests will be allowed in the spa unless they are being serviced. This includes children.
Client must agree to provide accurate medical history, medications they are taking, and allergies to their best knowledge when completing their consultation forms.
If you are ill please reschedule.
You will receive all paperwork via email within 48 hours of booking your appointment which must be filled out within 24 hours of your appointment time.
