Commitment to Cleanliness and Safety


At Glow Boulevard, your health and safety are our top priorities. We maintain rigorous sanitation standards to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for every client:

* Fresh linens and sanitized tools are used for each client.
* All surfaces and equipment are disinfected with EPA-registered products before and after every service.
* We exclusively use nitrile gloves for all treatments and cleaning procedures.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes adjustments are necessary. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Late Arrivals: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. A $10 late fee will be applied to appointments exceeding the grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointments without prior notification will unfortunately no longer be able to book future appointments.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the loss of your deposit, at our discretion.

Deposits and Payments

 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

We accept debit cards, all major credit cards, and cash. Please note that change may not be available for cash payments.

Additional Information

* To ensure a relaxing spa environment, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional guests, including children, unless they are also receiving a service.

* Please accurately disclose your medical history, current medications, and any allergies on your consultation forms. This information is crucial for providing safe and effective treatments.

* If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to prioritize your health and the well-being of others.

* All necessary paperwork will be emailed to you within 48 hours of booking. Please complete the forms within 24 hours of your appointment time.
